* Paige kicked a bunch of rocks.
" BE THAT WAY." She screamed to a bunch of air. She ran off to find Collapse.*

-Jei growled and lay down-

* Paige fell down crying on the ground. She lost Collapse.*

-Collapse watched, from a bush-

* Paige sighed. Thinking about her mother.*

-Jei got up and lay beside her-

* Paige looked at Jei. " Sorry I yelled." She sighed. " Force of habit."

"im sorry i did too."

* Paige smiled. Then looked at the mountain.
" I wonder what Spirit is doing..."

"I wonder.."

* Paige closed her eyes & fell asleep into a dreamless sleep.*

-Jei fell asleep too..-

* Paige got up then screamed
" Where's Collapse?"

"Right here." Collapse said, right behind her.

* Paige turned around.
" Oh. " She said. She noticed Jei was still sleeping. She took Collapse on her back then walked slowly into the woods. then put him down.
" Now, Collapse, Did your mother leave Jei, or did Jei leave her?" She asked.*

"Mom lies about alot of things, but she told me he left her." he said, looking into her eyes.

" Jei never lies to me.. Well.. At least.. not that I know of. " She sighed.
" I used to be in the situation you are in.." She said. Take a comb-looking stick and going through Collapse's Tangly fur.*

-Destiny fell asleep on Faith.
Faith looked at her little sister & sighed.
She slowly & carefully got out from under
her sister & trotted off to the river-

* Paige laid down onto the soft grass then closed her eyes.*

* Paige got up & found Collapse then took him in her mouth & carried him to her den to give him meat to eat.*

-Collapse smiled-
