Yeah, i usually go in the pool for about an hour =) Mine is prob somewhere around 15-30 mins. i don't keep track of time =)

Kool =) I'm like a health freak, so i excercise a lot =) Mostly with hula hooping or running, i hula hoop for half an hour and run about half a mile everyday.
