Just a side note - If you were demoted it was because of some/all of these reasons:
1. You didn't do your job right, you just didn't help us out enough. ):
2. You weren't very active.
3. You got in fights often and didn't get along well with other members.
On the bright side, if you DID NOT get demoted, you're doing your job perfectly! Thank you! -Alex
